Katinka heeft me door het herhalen van een vraag laten nadenken over wat ik nou echt in het leven wilde en hoe ik dit kan bereiken. Ook hebben we gekeken waar ik mijn energie aan uitgeef en krijg. Hiermee was het voor mij duidelijker hoe ik wat meer energy op een dag kan krijgen en zorgen dat ik niet te veel energie weggeef aan dingen die niet belangrijk voor mij zijn. Ik ben tevreden met wat ik uit de workshop heb gehaald en ik heb er ook veel van geleerd!
