Next up at The Student Hotel is an online Study Buddies session!
On Tuesday 20th of October, Student Life Coach Katinka will provide the first online Study Buddies session with a special topic: Planning!
Most of us are able to make a nice planning, but sticking to this planning is a whole other game! During this online Study Buddies session Katinka will explain her Student Life Planner to you. She developed this tool specifically for students that are struggling with making/keeping a planning, and that struggle with winning from procrastination. There will also be time for a Q&A, and you will get the Self-Care planner that uses the same method as the Student Life Planner.

Mental Health Day & Awareness
Mental Health is a very important topic to talk about. It is still a bit of a taboo, but it shouldn’t be! It’s important you take care of your mental health, and if you’re struggling in any way it is even more important you reach out and find the support you need.
In honor of Mental Health Day, The Student Hotel asked me if I had anything that could support their residents. And of course I do!
I’ve developed a lot of different tools and exercises to support students with their mental health, studies and anything else life might throw at you. Below you find my favorite self-care tool and exercise to make sure you can pay some extra attention to your mental health.
